Shipping & Returns

Each piece has an estimated delivery time frame shown on the checkout page and confirmed when your order is placed. Once your order is ready, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange delivery. Please ensure that all doorways, staircases, lifts and access points are suitable for your furniture.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unassembled, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Large furniture returns must be arranged through House of JH and collection charges may apply. Made-to-order, personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Our Warranty

We stand behind the quality of every House of JH piece. Our products are warranted to be as described, fit for their intended purpose, and free from material defects in design, materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order details and clear photographs so we can assess the issue. Where a genuine defect is confirmed, House of JH will, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper assembly, incorrect care, unauthorised alterations or damage caused after delivery. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
